About Shizu Yuri - Shizu Hamono is a relatively “new” knife maker, established in 1959 in Seki by Masami Horibe, he grew in Seki city, the city of blacksmiths, and naturally became a craftsman. Their Yuri line sports a clean, minimalist aesthetic that we love.
