This combination pasta board hosts several different textures for making a wide variety of pastas! Roll out pasta on different surfaces for a wide variety of unique shapes and textures. It can be used to make gnocchi, malloreddus, cavatelli, capunti, garganelli & more! Includes a pair of matching mini mattarellos (rolling pins) for making garganelli, rigatoni and other hollow noodles.

About Nonna's Woodshop - Vancouver chef Dan Ewart became pasta obsessed while working at Savio Volpe - an Italian spot in Van, and easily one of Canada's best restaurants. The obsession took over his workshop in Coquitlam, and he started making traditional pasta gear from sustainably sourced woods. The cloth satchels are made by his mom.
